Welcome to your online gallery! Thank you for choosing J. McCloskey Photography. By accessing this gallery, you agree to the following terms:

Gallery Access

• This gallery is provided for the personal use of the client and their immediate family.

• Please do not share your gallery link publicly or distribute it without permission.

• Galleries remain active for the time specified in your photography agreement. Please download and back up your purchased images before the expiration date.

Digital Downloads

• Your session includes the number of high-resolution downloads outlined in your photography agreement.

• Additional downloads or a Full Gallery Upgrade are available for purchase while your gallery is active.

Copyright & Personal Use
All images are copyrighted by J. McCloskey Photography and are protected under United States Copyright Law. Your purchase includes a personal-use license to print, display, and share your photographs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Images may not be sold, altered, used for commercial purposes, or entered into contests without written permission.

Social Media
I love seeing your photographs shared with family and friends! If you post your images on social media, I kindly ask that you credit J. McCloskey Photography by tagging my page or mentioning my business name in your post. Please do not apply filters or alter the editing, as each image reflects my artistic style.

Image Storage
Although galleries remain available for a limited time, clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their purchased images. Long-term archiving of client galleries is not guaranteed.
