Gallery Privacy

• Your online gallery is intended for your personal use and the use of your immediate family.

• Please do not share your gallery link publicly or with anyone outside your family without permission.

• Your gallery will remain available for the time stated in your photography agreement. Please download and back up your purchased images before the gallery expires.

Image Downloads

• Your session includes the number of digital downloads specified in your booking agreement.

• Additional images or a Full Gallery Upgrade may be purchased at any time while your gallery is active.

Copyright
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of J. McCloskey Photography and are protected by United States Copyright Law. Purchasing digital images grants you a personal-use license to print and share your photographs for personal, non-commercial use. Images may not be sold, altered, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Social Media Sharing
I love seeing my clients share their beautiful memories! When posting your photographs on social media, I kindly ask that you credit J. McCloskey Photography by tagging my business page or mentioning my name in your post whenever possible. Your support helps other families discover my work and is sincerely appreciated.

Editing
Please do not apply filters, heavy edits, or alter the colors or appearance of the photographs. Each image has been professionally edited to reflect my artistic style and brand.
